It's a Tuesday night and I'm sitting in my room listening to Tom Odell and winding down for the night while drinking a cup of hot tea. I'm working on my senior year in college and couldn't be happier with where I am right now in my life. God is teaching me SO many things and I'm so blessed that He is defining who I am through HIM, and not by any worldly things. He has made me strong, tough, AND brave, and I'm beyond thankful for all that He has done for me. One of my favorite verses right now that is super encouraging is, "I will not cause pain without allowing something new to be born, says The Lord." -Isaiah 66:9. It's so encouraging to know that whatever we go through in life, God has a plan through it all!
OK, so now let's talk fashion!!! I'm absolutely LOVING this gorgeous fall weather. I found these adorable shorts and decided to add leggings and boots to them. Nothing better than peplum, pleats, leggings, and boots! I've been wanting to do the whole legging thing with shorts for a while, but I just never have... I finally found the perfect pair of shorts and decided to give it a shot. Even though this outfit doesn't meet dress code requirements at my school, this is definitely going to be a great look for fun fall festivities outside of class. What do you think, would you ever wear leggings with shorts?! :)
